How to Request a Refund

2. Please provide:
   - The email address used for your purchase
   - Date of purchase (approximate is fine)
   - Your payment method (Stripe, Apple, Google, etc.)

Processing Details

- Once approved, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- Please note that payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable as these are charged by our payment processors and not retained by us
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
